General Information

Orders placed before 12:00 pm PST will ship out the same business day.*  Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will ship out by the next business day.*

All orders are shipped from California (Los Angeles area).

* NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, please allow an additional 1-2 days to our our processing time (so up to 3 business days total). Thanks for your understanding!

 

Domestic Shipping Options & Rates

At checkout, you will have the option of either:  

  • Standard Ground Shipping (3-7 Business Day Delivery).* For most addresses in the US, this usually takes one business day for processing time, plus an additional 2-6 business days for actual transit time. Shipping starts at $6.95 for a single kit, and increases by order weight.

  • USPS Priority Mail (2-4 Business Day Delivery).* For most addresses in the US, this usually takes one business day for processing time, plus an additional 1-3 business days for actual transit time. Shipping rates increase by order weight and distance from the West Coast.

  • UPS Next Day (Overnight Delivery).* This expedited service is our fastest delivery option. Guaranteed delivery on the next business day, arriving by end of day (no deliveries on weekends or holidays). Orders placed on Thursday afternoon will arrive on Monday. View prices at checkout. As with all of our orders, orders placed before 12:00 pm PST will ship out the same business day, and orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will ship out by the next business day.

 

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to over 220 countries and territories around the world.**  

International orders are usually shipped via either DHL Global Mail or UPS.  Average delivery time is 7- 30 business days. Please allow an additional day for processing time.

Please see rates below.  Note that 1 PerfectFit Twin Set is equivalent to 2 single PerfectFit Inserts kits, so a Twin Set would be in the 2-3 Kits bracket.

  • 1 Kit - $18.00 USD

  • 2 - 3 Kits - $24.00 USD

  • 4 - 5 Kits - $30.00 USD

  • Prices increase by order weight

  • Canada. Shipments going from the US to Canada via USPS are seeing delays due to limited air network capacity.

Terms and Conditions for International Orders

The customer is responsible for any additional customs fees or duties that may apply in your country at the time of delivery.  

It is the responsibility of the customer to closely track the progress of their shipment, as PerfectFit cannot be responsible for missed deliveries.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct, as we cannot verify international addresses.  Any additional delays or fees associated with shipping errors cannot be the responsibility of PerfectFit.
